Photography has been a huge passion of mine for about as long as I can remember. It started out with me taking pictures just for fun and to record events, but it has since turned into somewhat of an obsession.. a fun, generally satisfying obsession. Over the years I have "learned" to think and see through a camera at all times (whether I have one with me or not), and I just feel wrong if I don't have my camera with me. Because of that, I generally always have a camera with me and I'm constantly snapping photos of anything and everything.

I enjoy taking photographs for a number of reasons. It's a wonderful way to record special (and every day) moments in my life and in others'. I enjoy being able to show someone a picture that I took of an ordinary every day object and have them see the beauty in it that I do - to show people how I see things. I also love the fact that I consistently learn and see new things when I'm taking pictures. It's something that makes me really happy and something that I really wouldn't know what to do without. Photography and the "art" of taking pictures has become a huge part of my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.
